Lore

Elephant populations were declining all across Sornieth, and the Earthshaker just couldn’t bear to let something so big and so majestic (and so muddy) slip away. In Dragonhome, thanks to the conservation efforts of the Earthshaker and his acolytes, there is now a new protected home for the three species of Sornieth elephants. Elephants live peacefully, clearing paths for other dragons and enjoying frequent mudbaths. Even for Snappers, they have extraordinary memories – even more amazingly, Tundra-born Elephants have an equally long and detailed memory! While all share the same combination of genes, there are three distinct subtypes of Elephants.

African Elephants have brown-range primaries, secondaries, and tertiaries.
Asian Elephants have grey-range primaries, secondaries, and tertiaries.
Drunken Elephants have pink-range primaries, secondaries, and tertiaries.
